Everyday Independence is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver life-changing therapy to NDIS participants in diverse settings across Australia. The role is suitable for those seeking a full-time position, with part-time options and a 9‑day fortnight also considered.

You’ll work within an interdisciplinary team and collaborate with families, carers and other health professionals to maximise participant outcomes and funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• General AHPRA registration is required.
• Positive, flexible approach and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work in diverse settings (homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, community centres).
• Create therapy plans and deliver life-changing occupational therapy to support NDIs participants’ goals and funding.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants and supports (family, carers, friends).
• Attend weekly team meetings and engage with team leadership and mentoring.
