Everyday Independence in Penrith is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to deliver life-changing therapy to NDIS participants. This role supports people in diverse settings—from homes and schools to workplaces and community centres—and offers a clear pathway to professional growth.

You’ll work in an interdisciplinary team with supervision from a clinical lead, participate in regular team meetings, and access PD leave and allowances to support ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and General AHPRA Registration are required.
• Positive and flexible approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and a team player.
• Commitment to personal and professional development.
• Valid Australian driver’s license; NDIS Workers Screening Check; Working with Children Check.

Responsabilités

• Work in diverse settings: homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, community centres.
• Create therapy plans using evidence-based measures and provide life-changing occupational therapy to support NDIs funding goals.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports.
• Attend weekly team meetings and participate in supervision with Team Leader/clinical supervisor.
