Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise observability platforms and dashboards.
• Ability to onboard services and improve system visibility and monitoring.
• Provide education sessions to squads on dashboards and alerts.

Responsibilities

• Engage with application teams to understand monitoring requirements and assist with onboarding.
• Design and develop operational dashboards in Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Configure and maintain alerts based on requirements; reduce alert noise by refining logic.
• Define thresholds, anomaly detection rules, and notification channels.
• Develop Splunk searches, reports, and queries.
• Provide education sessions to squads to enable use of dashboards and alerts.
