Job summary

Green Light Worldwide in Canberra seeks an experienced Transition Manager to lead large-scale transition activities. You will coordinate disengagement and onboarding of providers, develop an integrated transition plan, and manage risks across Commonwealth and suppliers.

The role requires strong governance reporting, stakeholder engagement, and experience with procurement and government environments. A proactive, facilitative approach is essential for programme success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex transition projects with multiple stakeholders and providers.
• Knowledge of Commonwealth procurement, contracts and governance environments.
• On-time delivery of transition activities within regulated frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate transition activities for disengagement of incumbents and onboarding new providers.
• Develop and manage an integrated transition plan and master schedule across all parties.
• Identify, assess, and report transition risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigations.
• Coordinate Commonwealth activities, approvals, GFM, data provision, and decision-making.
• Support new commercial and operational arrangements to ensure service continuity.
• Coordinate and monitor innovation and transformation initiatives aligned to objectives.
