Job summary

Compas PTY in Canberra, ACT, seeks a Senior Program Manager for an international development transition. The role manages a multi‑stream program, aligns procurement and funding reforms, and coordinates change activities across stakeholders. Senior Program Manager – International Development Transition

Lead a complex international development program transition, coordinating agreements, grants, financial systems and stakeholder change activities. This senior contract role offers the opportunity to deliver a whole-of-program roadmap supporting major policy, procurement and funding reforms across a significant Pacific development program.

Location: Canberra, ACT
Contract Duration: 12 months, with a possible 12-month extension
Security Clearance Requirement: Current NV1 clearance required
Closing Date: 5.00pm, 11 August 2026
