Job summary

Lumia Care Nursing Workforce is seeking a Scheduling Consultant to ensure our clients have access to qualified nurses when they need them most. You will coordinate shift bookings, match nurses to client requirements, and build strong relationships with healthcare providers.

In a fast-paced environment, you will manage availability, respond to urgent staffing requests, maintain records, and work toward fill rate targets, delivering exceptional service to both clients and nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, scheduling, rostering or recruitment.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Can confidently manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Is highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Enjoys problem-solving and thinking on their feet.
• Is confident using technology and database systems.
• Is motivated by achieving targets and creating positive outcomes.
• Healthcare, recruitment or agency experience is desirable but not essential.
