Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily scheduling and rostering requirements.
• Build accurate rosters based on client needs, staff availability and qualifications.
• Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand and meet rostering requirements.
• Coordinate School ENs, SAPOL RNs, community nursing and other clinical workforces.
• Manage staff availability, cancellations, replacements and short-notice changes.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, employees and stakeholders.
• Monitor workforce gaps and support timely shift coverage.
• Maintain accurate scheduling systems and workforce records.
• Prepare accurate scheduling and workforce reports.
• Identify and elevate issues that may impact service delivery.
• Support continuous improvement across scheduling processes and systems.
