Job summary

Estia Health is seeking caring professionals to join our aged care teams across Queensland. You will support residents with daily activities, ensure comfort and nutrition, and work closely with a team to meet challenging needs.

We value communication, companionship, and preserving residents' dignity, with a focus on person-centred care and documentation. This position is onsite and offers a range of staff benefits across our Queensland homes.

Qualifications

• Must have a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
• Experience as a caregiver or similar is required.
• Strong clinical documentation and computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living, ensuring comfort and nutrition.
• Collaborate with the team to support residents with challenging needs.
• Encourage physical and mental activity for residents.
• Monitor residents' health and assist with treatments.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Respect residents' privacy and dignity at all times.
