Job summary

Estia Health in Australia is seeking caring professionals to join our aged care team. You will support residents with daily activities, meals, and gentle monitoring to promote wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is required.
• Experience as a caregiver or similar role is preferred.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life – making sure residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed.
• Work with the team to support residents with challenging needs.
• Help keep residents’ bodies and minds active.
• Keep tabs on residents’ health – assisting with treatments.
• Be a friend to residents and respect privacy and dignity.
• Support a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
