Job summary

Estia Health is seeking caring and community-minded individuals to join our aged care homes across Australia. You’ll support residents with daily activities, meals, and comfort while working within a supportive team.

Ideal candidates have a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, experience as a caregiver or similar, and strong documentation and computer skills to maintain resident records accurately.

Qualifications

• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
• Time spent working as a caregiver or similar.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life for residents, ensuring they are heard, comfy and well-fed.
• Work with the team to support residents with challenging needs.
• Help keep residents’ bodies and minds active.
• Monitor residents’ health and assist with treatments when needed.
• Be a friend to residents and uphold privacy and dignity.
