Journey Early Learning Riverhills is seeking an experienced Diploma-qualified Lead Educator to lead our Nursery Room. You will mentor your team, shape engaging learning experiences and build strong connections with children and families.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is required.
• Previous Lead Educator experience in a Nursery preferred.
• Strong knowledge of babies' development and routines.
• Ability to lead, mentor and support educators.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and play-based learning.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Completed National Child Safety Training.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support your team to deliver high-quality education and care.
• Create nurturing, play-based learning aligned with EYLF.
• Support babies' individual routines, development and wellbeing.
• Build secure, meaningful relationships with children and families.
• Guide observations and planning through Storypark.
• Create a calm, safe and engaging Nursery environment.
• Collaborate with Centre Leadership Team to support outcomes.
