Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Demonstrated energy, enthusiasm and creativity in the room.
• Natural leader who can inspire, guide and support colleagues.
• Love for creating exciting, child-led learning experiences that foster curiosity and imagination.
• Team player with strong relationships with children, families and staff.
• Solid understanding of EYLF, NQS and child-safe practices.
