Qualifications

• Endorsed Nurse Practitioner or Transitional Nurse Practitioner with eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced nursing assessment, diagnosis, and clinical care for residents in RACFs.
• Lead and support innovative models of care for end-of-life transitions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated service delivery.
• Support governance, education, and professional development of staff.
