Job summary
Queensland Health in Rockhampton is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide expert clinical assessment and care for people living with chronic disease within the SACCR team. Based in central Queensland, you’ll lead advanced clinical practice, contribute to research and education, and mentor future Nurse Practitioners to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications
- Master of Nursing (Nurse Practitioner) with 3+ years in Chronic Disease.
- Current NMBA Nurse Practitioner endorsement with CQHHS scope.
- Leadership and service improvement capability with data analysis and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical assessment and care for people living with chronic disease across Central Queensland.
- Lead advanced clinical practice, supporting evidence-based decision-making, clinical governance and service development.
- Educate and mentor Nurse Practitioner candidates and staff in evidence-based practice.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, coordinated and high-quality patient care.
