Job summary

Darling Downs Health in Kingaroy is seeking a Nurse Manager - Outpatients, Community and Perioperative to lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive high-quality care across services. You will foster a compassionate, patient-centred culture and partner with clinical and operational leaders to strengthen regional healthcare delivery.

With current RN registration in Australia and proven leadership experience, you will champion continuous improvement, workforce development and innovative care models

Qualifications

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia.
  • Proven experience leading teams and delivering high-quality healthcare services.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation and positive patient outcomes.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in nursing, leadership or health management (preferred).
