Job summary

Darling Downs Health is seeking a Nurse Manager - Outpatients, Community and Perioperative to lead talented teams, deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred care, and drive excellence across regional services.

You will mentor staff, build partnerships, guide quality and safety improvements, and shape workforce growth while empowering colleagues to deliver outstanding patient experiences for our communities.

  • Must hold current registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia.
  • Proven experience leading healthcare teams and services.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
