Darling Downs Health in Queensland seeks an experienced Director of Nursing / Facility Manager to lead rural health and aged care services, drive safe, high‑quality care and empower teams to thrive.

You will shape service delivery, strengthen governance, manage resources and build strong partnerships with staff and community, delivering sustainable outcomes for patients and residents. Postgraduate qualifications and RN registration are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Current registration as an RN with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in complex health environments.
• Strong governance, quality, financial and workforce leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building and change management skills.

You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications in nursing, aged care, health administration or management and/or experience leading services across rural, remote or aged care settings.
