Darling Downs Health is seeking a Nurse Manager - Outpatients, Community and Perioperative to lead talented teams, support high-quality care and foster a culture where people feel valued, connected and empowered to do their best work in regional Queensland.
You'll inspire and guide teams to deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred care, build partnerships across services to create seamless experiences for patients and families, drive improvements in quality, safety and service performance,
Qualifications
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia.
- Proven experience leading teams and delivering high-quality healthcare services.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation and positive patient outcomes.
- Postgraduate qualifications in nursing, leadership or health management are advantageous.
