South Western Sydney Local Health District's Liverpool Hospital is seeking a Nurse Manager - Patient Flow for a job-share arrangement (5 days per fortnight). The role leverages your patient flow experience in acute care to coordinate flow, bed management, and discharge planning to optimise access to care.

Formación

• Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in patient flow within an acute care setting.
• Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve patient journeys and discharge planning.
