Job summary

The Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in Melbourne is seeking a proactive administrator to support EMST and CCrISP courses. You will coordinate delivery, liaise with Faculty and Program Coordinators, and ensure timely, clear information reaches directors, staff and participants.

Applicants must be a registered nurse with APHRA or AoNZ, have event coordination experience, and bring strong organization, written communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with APHRA or AoNZ registration.
• Observed an EMST or CCrISP course.
• Experience coordinating events and educational workshops.
• Experience supporting complex projects.
• Strong customer service skills with tact and diplomacy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written communication for reports/emails.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Ability to solve problems and work independently or in teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective administration and organisational skills to ensure delivery of EMST and CCrISP courses.
• Liaison with Faculty and Program Coordinators to support delivery of programs.
• Inform Course Director, Faculty members and participants within agreed timeframes.
• Ensure course documentation is accurate and recorded in RACS data systems.
• Liaise with course venues for bookings and catering with required information.
• Coordinate with Skills Training staff to adhere to RACS policies and procedures.
