Job summary

Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) seeks a dedicated coordinator to organise regional education events and workshops, focusing on logistics, registrations and stakeholder communications. Based in Tasmania, you will support the delivery of education activities with hands-on administration and strong coordination skills.

The role is based in Launceston & North East TAS, demanding excellent communication, planning and independence to ensure smooth execution of education

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in event coordination, logistics, education program administration, workshop coordination, or a similar role.
Strong organisational, planning and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience using learning management systems (LMS), and databases.
Ability to work independently, show initiative, and take a hands-on approach to supporting education events.

Responsibilities

Coordinate regional education programs, workshops, and events, including scheduling and logistics.
Provide administrative support for planning and delivery of regional training activities.
