Job summary

Nulsen Disability Services seeks experienced Disability Support Workers to provide support for residents with complex needs in their home. This is a permanent part-time role at Nulsen Home (Success), with female applicants only due to resident needs. Applicants should be able to commit to all permanent fortnightly shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience supporting individuals with complex behaviour support needs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Strong understanding of positive behaviour support and active support.
• Flexible, resilient and proactive; use your initiative.
• Flexible availability to fit rosters (morning, afternoon, weekends, night) and community access.
• Hold a full Australian Driver’s Licence.
• NDIS Worker Screen Clearance and Orientation Module.
• Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011) with CPR, valid at least six months.

We are seeking experienced Support Workers to provide support for residents with complex support needs within their home.

Nulsen Home (Success) - permanent parttime positions.

You will be working within a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate the delivery of quality Supported Independent Living (SIL) services and support people to achieve positive outcomes.

Next intake will commence induction on the 19 October 2026. This is a 9-day paid induction where you will be equipped with the best training and knowledge to be a Disability Support Worker at Nulsen.

What you’ll bring to the role:
