You will lead complex engineering and delivery programs within defence, guiding multidisciplinary teams and ensuring safe, high‑quality outcomes.

You will engage with Defence and industry stakeholders, applying project management and assurance principles in regulated environments while building trusted relationships and delivering

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering projects or complex delivery programs in Defence or high-assurance environments.
• Background in engineering or project management combined.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and deliver results.
• Strong engagement with senior technical, operational and executive stakeholders.
• Judgement and problem solving in regulated settings.
• Clear communication translating technical info to practical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex engineering and project activities across Defence programs.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure project outcomes.
• Provide oversight and decision-making in high-consequence environments.
