Job summary

Australia Post in the Northern Territory is seeking a Field Engagement Lead to support and strengthen our retail network across remote and diverse communities. You will build trusted partnerships with CPA and LPO operators, coach teams, drive operational excellence and deliver strong customer outcomes while navigating regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with Community Postal Agency and Licensed Post Office operators through regular site visits, coaching and ongoing engagement.
• Supporting outlets to achieve operational, customer service, compliance and safety standards; identify improvement opportunities.
• Coaching and supporting Corporate Post Office leaders and teams to deliver strong customer outcomes, operational excellence and commercial performance.
• Assisting operators and leaders to grow their businesses through local marketing initiatives, service development and community engagement activities.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to resolve operational challenges, implement network initiatives and improve outcomes for customers, communities and our people.
