Job summary

Australia Post is seeking a Field Engagement Lead for the Northern Territory to strengthen our retail network across diverse, remote communities. You will report to the Territory Manager and partner with CPA, LPO, CPO leaders and internal teams to deliver exceptional service, operational excellence and sustainable outcomes.

The role blends relationship building, coaching, and hands-on leadership with travel across the Territory to support outlets, drive growth, and uphold safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder relationships with multiple partners across sites.
• Ability to coach and develop leaders across remote locations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit Community Postal Agency and Licensed Post Office sites regularly to engage and coach.
• Support outlets to meet operational, customer service and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Territory Manager and internal stakeholders to implement network initiatives.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement activities to grow business.
