Job summary

Australia Post is seeking a Community Programs Manager to lead national programs, shaping initiatives that boost community impact and brand alignment. You will manage governance, budgeting, evaluation and reporting while partnering across functions to deliver high-profile outcomes.

You will design and deliver community grants, drive stakeholder engagement, and measure social impact using recognised frameworks. A strong background in comms/marketing and not-for-profit sectors is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering community programs, grants or philanthropic initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management across large, complex organisations.
• Experience measuring social impact and reporting against outcomes.
• Proven project management skills including budgeting and governance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong written/verbal communication.
• Knowledge of Australia's not-for-profit and community sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, delivery, promotion and improvement of national community programs.
• Own program governance, risk management, budgeting, evaluation and reporting.
• Build and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships to maximise engagement.
• Provide expert guidance on program delivery, grant management and social impact.
• Collaborate across Communications, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Government Relations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and participant experiences.
