Job summary

Marsh seeks a Northern Territory Leader – Corporate & Commercial to drive the NT business from Darwin, combining client management with strategic leadership in a hybrid role requiring three days in the office.

You will manage a portfolio of corporate and commercial clients, lead and develop teams, and push revenue growth while aligning with Marsh’s national and global resources to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of insurance products and relevant legislation (Insurance Contracts Act, Trade Practices Act).
• Proven experience managing key accounts and leading high-performing teams in insurance/financial services.
• Strong leadership with ability to engage, influence, coach and develop others.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving and delegation skills.
• Professional accreditation (Tier 1 FSRA, Associate membership of The Institute, NIBA).
• Commitment to quality, compliance and continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead Marsh’s Corporate & Commercial business across the Northern Territory, building market presence and delivering sustainable growth.
• Manage a portfolio of key corporate and commercial clients with outstanding service and long-term relationships.
• Lead, coach and develop a team through direction, delegation, performance management and feedback.
• Drive achievement of business plans, revenue targets and profit objectives with strong financial discipline.
• Oversee renewal and broking strategies, claims management and client retention initiatives.
