MRL Global is seeking an experienced NSW State Operations Manager to lead transport and warehousing activities across our NSW network. You will oversee daily operations, driver allocations, scheduling, and customer service, while maintaining compliance with WHS, Fatigue Management and CoR requirements.

You will drive continuous improvement, cost control, and operational growth, coordinating with internal teams to meet delivery requirements and enhance service levels across the state.

Competenze

• Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel.
• Computer skills with Windows applications and scanning.

Mansioni

• Scheduling Transport/Warehousing operations.
• Lead daily operations including driver allocations, packing, dispatch and trailer handling.
• Receive orders and bookings; plan and implement transportation schedules.
• Coordinate loading/unloading of trailers and trucks as required.
• Provide efficient customer service and follow up.
• Monitor compliance with WHS, Fatigue Management and CoR requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement across all operational areas.
• Oversee inbound/outbound freight within NSW; coordinate with teams and departments.
