MRL Global is seeking an NSW State Operations Manager to lead transport and warehousing activities in NSW. You will oversee scheduling, driver allocations, inventory handling, and delivery coordination, while driving safety compliance and operational efficiency.

The role focuses on cost control, staff rostering, and continuous improvement to support national growth and client satisfaction. A hands-on leader with strong communication is essential.

Competenze

• Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel) required.
• Experience managing transport/warehousing operations.
• Knowledge of WH&S and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) principles is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Scheduling of Transport/Warehousing operations.
• Lead daily operations: driver allocations, order picking, packing, dispatching and container handling.
• Receive orders/bookings and plan transportation schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements (WH&S, Fatigue Management, CoR).
• Monitor driver performance and manage rostering/resources.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost control across labour and transport.
