Job summary

Bay Building is seeking a State Manager to lead and drive all commercial aspects of our NSW business. You will oversee overall operations and financial performance, guiding growth and strategic initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, budget proficiency and a commitment to safety and compliance across the state, while building a high-performing team and lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Extensive business management experience.
• Proven leadership skills and evidence of effectively leading a large team.
• Ability to problem solve and make decisions in a timely manner.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships within the supply chain.
• Executive experience from within Insurance and/or Building & Construction industry is preferable.
