• Manage a portfolio of 11-15 schools in your region, ensuring our OSHC programs shine.
• Lead a team of Directors and Educators, empowering them to grow and develop.
• Drive program growth, focusing on retention and innovation.
• Visit schools daily to connect with your team, troubleshoot, and ensure smooth operations.
• Represent TeamKids, embodying our values and culture in all interactions.
• Coach 2x DOS/Mentors who support training and upskilling of your team.
