As a key leader in our Service Delivery team, you will oversee the operational and compliance performance of multiple OSHC sites. You’ll coach, mentor, and empower your team of Service Leaders, Assistant Service Leaders and Educators to deliver high-quality, safe, and engaging care in alignment with the National Quality Framework.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is driven by purpose and committed to supporting children, educators, and school communities.
You’re a confident, resilient and empathetic leader with a strong understanding of the OSHC or early childhood education environment. You thrive in dynamic settings and are passionate about leading teams to create safe, fun, and high-quality programs for children.
