Job summary

Camp Australia is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead Outside School Hours Care services across a portfolio. You will drive operational performance, coach Service Leaders and Educators, and ensure alignment with the National Quality Framework.

The role emphasizes hands‑on leadership, safety, and engaging programs for children, families, and school communities. A Diploma or higher in relevant education is required, with SA Working with Children Checks and first aid certifications

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in School Age or Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Previous leadership experience in OSHC or early childhood.
• Strong knowledge of NQF and My Time, Our Place learning frameworks.
• Proven team coaching skills and adaptability in dynamic settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, NQF-aligned programs and support services through Assessment & Rating.
• Ensure compliance, safety, and quality as Nominated Supervisor.
• Coach and develop teams, onboard new staff, and grow future leaders.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and drive service improvements.
• Build strong relationships with schools, families, and communities.
