Camp Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Regional Manager in Adelaide to lead a portfolio of OSHC services. You will oversee operations, compliance, and program quality, coaching Service Leaders and Educators to deliver safe, engaging care aligned with the National Quality Framework.

You will mentor teams, manage multi-site performance, and build strong relationships with schools and families, while maintaining flexible work arrangements and a focus on child safety and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Leadership of OSHC programs aligned with NQF.
• Knowledge of National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place.

Responsibilities

• Lead NQF-aligned OSHC programs and support services through Assessment & Rating.
• Ensure compliance, safety, and quality as Nominated Supervisor.
• Coach and develop teams, onboard staff, and grow future leaders.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and drive service improvements.
• Build strong relationships with schools, families, and communities.
