Job summary

ACCIONA Australia is seeking a senior Origination/Tender Lead to identify and pursue infrastructure opportunities across New South Wales. You will oversee competitive tender submissions from strategy through to delivery, coordinating with the NSW Tender Team and key stakeholders to ensure high-quality, compliant and commercially strong outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction or a related field.
• Significant origination or tender management experience.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary tender teams.
• Strong commercial and stakeholder management background.
• Experience developing bid strategies and work-winning plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification and prioritisation of NSW opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline.
• Drive bid strategies that maximise ACCIONA's position.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead tender governance and executive approval processes.
• Mentor and develop the NSW Tender Team.
• Monitor market trends and provide strategic recommendations.
