ACCIONA, a global leader in infrastructure development, is seeking a Senior Estimator in Sydney to lead cost estimates for major infrastructure tenders and collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial teams. You will drive accuracy and competitiveness from concept through submission, ensuring robust cost strategies.

You will own estimates, mentor junior estimators, and help shape methodologies while engaging with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Must-have degree in engineering, construction or quantity surveying.
• Experience with civil, structural or MEP scopes.
• Proficiency in estimating software and cost planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost estimates for major infrastructure tenders.
• Lead quantity take-offs and cost forecasting.
• Coordinate input across engineering, design and commercial teams.
• Review subcontractor and supplier quotes for accuracy.
• Identify and price project risk and opportunity.
• Mentor junior estimators and support their development.
• Present estimates and cost strategies to senior leadership.
