Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, construction or business.
• Extensive experience leading major infrastructure bids.
• Strong track record managing end-to-end bid processes.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with government and private infrastructure clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid strategy and win theme development.
• Direct cross-functional bid teams through each pursuit.
• Manage bid budgets, resourcing and subcontractor input.
• Build and maintain senior client and partner relationships.
• Oversee production of compliant, high-quality submissions.
• Run bid kick-offs, reviews and executive sign-off.
• Drive continuous improvement across bid processes.
