Job summary

C+M Group Build is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the NSW division, driving efficient processes, improving team performance, and supporting business growth. You will manage end-to-end office operations, lead financial reporting, and foster strong client and internal relationships under the guidance of the State Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading operations in construction, building, or insurance restoration sectors.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, invoicing and financial reporting abilities.
• Excellent leadership with a track record of coaching teams and driving KPI performance.

Responsibilities

• Own invoicing, cash flow and compliance with support from the Financial Admin Team.
• Review financials in Prime to sync with Xero under guidance.
• Manage weekly portal invoices, spreadsheets and follow up with adjusters.
• Own budgets and forecasts with State Management approval.
• Compile and present Monthly Business Reviews to Directors.
