Job summary

CEA is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the NSW operation, overseeing sales, service, parts, safety and profitability. The role reports to the Executive General Manager - Southern Region and requires strategic direction, strong leadership and a focus on growth and customer satisfaction.

You will direct planning, budgeting and performance management while developing leadership across the business and ensuring alignment with CEA's values and goals.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in construction equipment, heavy vehicles, mining or related industries.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret financial reports and metrics.
• Track record of growing revenue and improving operational performance.
• Excellent leadership, people management and coaching skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, coordinate and monitor all NSW branch operations.
• Lead by example and develop leadership capability across the business.
• Drive initiatives supporting revenue growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, quality and legislative requirements.
• Conduct performance and salary reviews for direct reports.
• Champion employee development and training culture.
• Manage annual operating budgets, forecasts and capex plans.
• Oversee workforce planning across Parts, Service and Sales.
• Achieve revenue, profitability and growth targets.
• Monitor performance against budgets, KPIs and strategic objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
