Endeavour Group is seeking a NSW State Manager to lead 370+ stores, driving exceptional customer experience and financial performance. Based in NSW with 2,800+ team members, you will translate brand priorities into actionable plans and oversee a diverse leadership team while upholding safety and engagement.
Reporting to the General Manager of Store Operations, this permanent role emphasizes data-driven decision making, strategic growth, and inclusive capability building to sustain a future-fit
Qualifications
- Senior commercial delivery experience at a senior level.
- Proven multi-site leadership with safety and engagement focus.
- Ability to present data-driven insights and strategic priorities.
- Experience managing budgets and financial performance.
- Capability building and inclusive leadership for the future.
- Experience in liquor/retail is desirable; SAP SuccessFactors or Google Suite preferred.
Responsibilities
- Strategic stewardship and cascading plans across the state.
- Drive commercial performance: sales, margin, EBIT targets.
- Advocate Voice of Customer and Voice of Team with data insights.
- Lead a team of up to 11 direct reports and ensure succession planning.
- Identify growth opportunities while mitigating operational risk.
- Promote safety, ESG, and an inclusive culture.
