Qualifications

• Proven experience leading successful recruitment teams with revenue responsibility.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to own revenue targets, budgets and growth.
• Track record of developing leaders and lifting team performance.
• Experience operating within complex or matrixed structures and influencing across lines.
