Job summary

ANZUK Group is seeking a permanent Recruitment Specialist to support our Schools division across Sydney and regional NSW. You will build trusted relationships with schools, proactively source educators, and partner with our global team to attract overseas talent.

You’ll interview, assess and match educators to permanent roles, manage the recruitment process end-to-end, and deliver exceptional candidate and client experience while growing the business.

Qualifications

• Experience from recruitment, teaching, customer service, or another people-focused environment.
• Ability to build authentic, long-term relationships with schools and educators.
• Comfort with proactive sourcing across referrals, social media, and international pipelines.

About the role This is a permanent recruitment role within our Schools division, supporting schools across Sydney and regional NSW. You’ll recruit for hard-to-fill roles where success comes from relationships, persistence and proactive sourcing, not waiting for applications. Working alongside our Sydney team and global recruitment network, you’ll uncover exceptional educators locally and internationally, using every avenue available to build talent pipelines.
