Job summary

NHP is a leading Australasian specialist in electrical and automation products and solutions. The Business Development - Data Centre role in NSW focuses on shaping growth, engaging owners, operators, consultants, EPCs and OEMs, and turning technical capability into commercial value.

You will build relationships across the Data Centre ecosystem, influence specifications, and lead market strategies while collaborating with product, technology and delivery teams to create repeatable, value-driven

Qualifications

Experience in Data Centres or related electrical infrastructure.
Proven track record in business development or project sales.
Ability to influence specifications across technical and commercial stakeholders.
Strong CRM, forecasting and pipeline management discipline.
Proactive, collaborative approach to creating momentum with new relationships and projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a NSW Data Centre market plan mapping priority accounts.
Build trusted relationships across the Data Centre ecosystem to strengthen engagements.
Identify PTU and modular electrical infrastructure opportunities.
Influence project specifications and supplier position.
Lead opportunity strategy across proposals, tenders, pricing and forecasts.
Collaborate with Product, Technology, Sales, Estimating, Delivery and partners to create solutions.
Maintain disciplined CRM data, market intelligence and pipeline forecasts.
Support structured project handovers and ensure a consistent customer experience.
