Job summary

Sales & Leadership Performance is seeking a Business Development Manager for manufacturing and packaging solutions in NSW. You will build and own the NSW pipeline, prospect new business, and manage relationships with food processing, manufacturing and industrial clients.

The role focuses on new business with a small portfolio of existing customers, offering a clear path to uncapped commission and a company vehicle. A Perth head office will support onboarding and initial territory familiarisation.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of B2B sales experience and a track record of winning new business.
• Experience selling into food processing, manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Comfortable identifying opportunities and communicating value to customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your pipeline across NSW as the sole representative in the State.
• Prospect and create new business opportunities.
• Meet with food processing, manufacturing and industrial businesses.
• Understand how customers operate and where your solution can add value.
• Manage opportunities from first conversation through to conversion.
• Look after a small portfolio of existing customers.
