Job summary

Fresh Clinics is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to expand our aesthetic network across Australia. This role centers on outbound acquisition, deep industry engagement, and partnering clinics with a scalable ecosystem.

You will own the pipeline from first touch to close, build relationships at events, and collaborate with Marketing and Onboarding to ensure a flawless clinic experience. This is ideal for someone thriving in a fast-paced scale-up and loving networking.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in outbound BDM or AE roles in SaaS/healthcare
• Proven ability to build networks and generate referrals
• Comfortable discussing strategic business advice with clinic owners

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outbound sales from first touch to close
• Represent Fresh at industry events, supplier nights and launches
• Collaborate with Marketing and Onboarding to ensure smooth clinic onboarding
• Experiment with different outreach angles and test new strategies
