Job summary

Smartgroup in Sydney is seeking a Vehicle Procurement Consultant to coordinate vehicle requests, liaise with dealer partners and internal teams, and ensure quotations are produced accurately and on time.

You will build strong relationships, monitor pricing and service levels, and provide exceptional service throughout the quotation process, contributing to savings and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Administration, coordination, customer service, sales support, fleet, automotive, leasing, or financial services environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Proactive follow-up and getting things done.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Confidence using systems and managing administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Processing vehicle requests received from Novated Lease Consultants.
• Sending pricing requests to dealerships and following up responses.
• Reviewing and challenging pricing where appropriate to achieve the best outcome.
• Monitoring dealership response times and ensuring agreed service levels are met.
• Preparing and issuing vehicle quotations to internal stakeholders.
• Building strong relationships with dealership contacts and internal teams.
• Maintaining accurate records and managing multiple requests simultaneously.
• Providing a high level of service and support throughout the quotation process.
