Job summary

Pay@bility Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a Novated Leasing Consultant to grow our pipeline, guide employees through quotes and approvals, and deliver a clear, trusted experience from first enquiry to signed lease.

You will explain novated leasing, running costs, FBT and savings in plain language, work quotes through our systems and partner financiers, and coordinate paperwork with DocuSign and payroll handoffs. A strong phone and written communication style is essential, with CRM experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in novated leasing, salary packaging, automotive finance, or B2C financial sales (strongly preferred).
• Confident on the phone and in writing - clear, professional, no jargon overload.
• Comfortable with CRM / quoting systems, Microsoft 365, and DocuSign.

Responsibilities

• Explain novated leasing, running costs, FBT, and savings in plain language.
• Work quotes through Pay@bility systems and partner financiers (including EquiLease where applicable).
• Coordinate paperwork and e-sign (DocuSign), payroll advice, and employer/employee handoffs.
• Keep the pipeline moving - chase open quotes, prioritise real savings opportunities, and hand WA novated work to the right broker.
• Build relationships with employees, HR contacts, and brokers.
• Hit activity and conversion targets in a sales-led consulting role.
