Universal Store North Lakes is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations and coach the team in delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage rosters, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, a hands-on approach, and a commitment to exceptional customer service, with a Sunday–Thursday roster ensuring consistent coverage.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in retail (Shift Supervisor / 2IC).
• Strong sales focus with ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Warm, confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong operational understanding — VM, stock, store standards.
• Flexible, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to brand presentation.

This position works closely with the Store Manager and mirrors many Store Manager responsibilities, making it the perfect step if you’re looking to grow your retail leadership career.
