Universal Store is seeking a driven retail leader for a full-time Assistant Store Manager role in Australia. You will work closely with the Store Manager, mirroring many responsibilities, with a Sunday–Thursday roster and a clear path to Store Manager.

The role focuses on leading store operations, driving sales, coaching the team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. Training and development opportunities accompany a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in retail (Shift Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager).
• Strong sales focus with abilityto motivate and lead a team.
• Warm, confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong operational understanding — VM, stock, store standards.
• Flexible, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to brand presentation.
