Universal Store is seeking a driven Assistant Store Manager in Sydney to lead day-to-day store operations and coach a high-performing team. You will work closely with the Store Manager, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales targets while upholding brand standards.

The role emphasizes leadership in a fast-paced retail environment, VM execution, inventory insight, and a strong, communicative store presence. This is a full-time position with clear paths to Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in retail (Shift Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager).

This position works closely with the Store Manager and mirrors many Store Manager responsibilities, making it the perfect step if you’re looking to grow your retail leadership career. The successful candidate will work a Sunday–Thursday roster.
